Shipping & Delivery Terms

1. General Information

We are pleased to offer our unique art prints worldwide. Shipping is handled directly by Pur Druck, though in some cases we also collaborate with our partners Gelato, Print.com, or other providers that have a global network of production facilities. This allows us to produce and ship your orders locally, thereby shortening delivery times and reducing our carbon footprint.

2. Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide. Please note that for deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Therefore, please check the relevant regulations in your country.

3. Production and Delivery Times

• Production time: Our art prints are custom-made for you. Production typically takes 2–5 business days.
• Delivery time: After completion, delivery times vary depending on the destination country:
  • Europe: approx. 3–7 business days
  • North America: approx. 5–10 business days
  • Rest of the world: approx. 10–14 business days

Please note that in exceptional cases, delays may occsur that are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the product.
We ensure fair prices and secure packaging so that your order arrives undamaged.

5. Packaging

Your art prints are carefully packaged to ensure safe transport:

• Protective packaging: Each print is covered with a protective film to prevent scratches.
• Sturdy boxes: Items are shipped in sturdy boxes with reinforced edges to prevent damage during transport.

6. Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. This will include, if available, a tracking number that allows you to check the status of your delivery online at any time.

7. Shipping Damage

If your delivery arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at mail@zensakustudio.com. We will work together to find a satisfactory solution.
