We are pleased to offer our unique art prints worldwide. Shipping is handled in collaboration with our partner Gelato, who has a global network of production facilities. This allows us to produce and ship your orders locally, which shortens delivery times and reduces our CO₂ footprint.
2. Delivery Areas
We deliver worldwide. Please note that for deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply, which must be borne by the recipient. Please inform yourself about the respective regulations in your country.
3. Production and Delivery Times
- Production time: Our art prints are custom-made for you. Production usually takes 2–5 business days.

Delivery time: Once completed, delivery time varies depending on the destination country:
- Europe: approx. 3–7 business days
- North America: approx. 5–10 business days
- Rest of the World: approx. 10–14 business days
Please note that in exceptional cases, delays may occur over which we have no control.
4. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping.
5. Packaging
Your art prints are carefully packaged to ensure safe transport:
- Protective packaging: Each print is provided with a protective film to prevent scratches.
- Sturdy boxes: Shipping is done in sturdy boxes with reinforced edges to prevent damage during transport.
6. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This will include, if available, a tracking number with which you can check the status of your delivery online at any time.
7. Shipping Damages
Should your delivery arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at mail@zensakustudio.com. We will work together to find a satisfactory solution.
